What deserves uploading
A practical filter, in descending order: documents someone else would need in a crisis (policies, deeds, titles); documents with deadlines (leases, warranties); documents you reference more than once a year (tax returns, loan agreements); and receipts for anything you would claim on insurance or taxes. Everyday receipts below that line are optional attachments on their transactions, not a filing obligation.

The Documents page lists and filters the whole set; each linked record shows its own attachments in place. In Family Continuity, access packages can include selected documents, or only their locations, for trusted contacts, which is exactly the crisis-findability scenario the uploads were for.
